Help Htc issue

My HTC610 has a pixelex rainbow like screen with a white stripe down the side

From the little bit you described it sounds like it's a hardware issue. Was there any damage to the device? Was it dropped or sat on? If it's a hardware issue, there's not much to be done short of getting the screen replaced.

That sounds like the LCD screen is busted.
