The power pack of a laptop charger was dropped on the phone from about 2ft ...unbelievable considering the video you've just posted !!

I guess it's more to do with the weight of the object which is moving. If the Legend is in freefall, it's only 126g in freefall. If a laptop charger is in freefall, it must be at least 3-4 times that?

I dropped my Legend on a stone floor, from about 4ft. It survived perfectly intact, with just the slightest scratch. I soon bought a jelly case and screen protector though!

1] Did they use genuine parts?

2] Was it just the display that was replaced or the digitizer [the touchscreen aspect] too?

3] Are you running a ROM other than the official HTC one? If so, can you look here and feedback? Issues after replacing digitizer and/or display?

Sorry for the late reply C man, Genuine parts used, i believe they just changed the digitizer, the lcd screen was working when i sent it off. I just use the standard ROM i think, not messed with it.
