i tried the last method and that didnt work i create a folder name root on the sdcard and copy and rename the zip as you said and did the other instruction and nothing installed. do i need to unlock my bootloader?
No you misunderstood this. The file does not go in any folder or sub-folder on the SD card. It needs to be in the very top level of the card to be recognised. Sorry, I call this the root directory which is a bit confusing.
