Help HTC Mail - attachments won't download

Hi,

I am trying both the gmail app and the HTC Mail client (using exchange). The emails come in fine on both, but I am unable to open attachments on the HTC Mail client. As soon as I open the email, it shows that it has an attachment and the little clock turns (as if it is downloading). It doesn't stop until I tap it. Then, if I tap it again, it doesn nothing.

I can view the attachments just fine in the gmail app.

Any suggestions?
