Root HTC Mail Sync?

[Sytar]

I have the Eris rooted 2.1 with Sense-able 3.1, and I love it overall. However I found found one issue that could be make or break for using this mod.

The HTC Mail program when on stock 1.5 had the ability to sync Calendar Contacts, and Email with my Exchange system. This is key because I have a few hundred contacts in Exchange that I really need availability to on my phone.

When in the HTC Program I don't even see any setting for telling it what I want to sync that I used to be able to adjust.

Has anyone else seen this, or know of any issues like this?

It appears that the issue has to do with the Active Sync. I was finally able to get everything to sync, but it took removing the account and readding it. Once I did I saw an error on the sync in the notifications, once I selected that it brought up the Sync options and showed that Mail was syncing, but nothing else had.

I did a force sync and it worked just fine now.
