have had many problems with samsung mesmerize. on my 2nd mez and still unhappy. latest problems missed calls which uscc says will be another month to be fixed. got supervisor permission to switch brands of phone dont know about desire or this phone. any help on which would be the best to switch too?

I too was tired of the problems. I got my merge yesterday and so far I love it. Especially the slide out keyboard. The desire is an ok phone ,but I'd go with the merge.

Switched from Big Red to USC today.... so far, it's not a bad phone... little slower than my DINC2, but I was desperate to get away from VZW.
got rid of mez got merge and happy as he__! do miss the task manager on mez can you bluetooth task manager from mez to merge. wife still has her mez had no problems. after constant whining to uscc about my issues with my mez, they sent me a brand new merge for now get this .01 cents. 1 penny. and it didnt take away any of my free swaps. kudos to uscc still want the old task manager. help
