Root HTC modem drivers for windows 7

Does anyone have a good link for the modem drivers for the Evo for windows 7 64 bit? I have searched and searched through Google, forums, etc and cannot find a good link.

I believe I need ADB...I am trying to follow this: [GUIDE] How To Use QPST to Change Sprint Banner - xda-developers

I have everything installed correctly but sine I am running Win7 device manager shows HTC diag and not the modem drivers as they won't install properly with Win7 64 bit from what I have read so far just by plugging in the phone.

To get adb drivers you need to install sdk
