Looking forward to this friday, but I can definitely hold out for a little longer (as long as they stand to the verizon announcement of within Q1).

google maps is a big one but also i've read:

-multitouch, means the screen can register three fingers at a time which will mean faster typing and scrolling and zooming, etc
-an updated browser, with better support for video
-searchable SMS and MMS
-improved camera features
-ability to use more than one gmail acct
