Help HTC One M8 Sound profile problem

Hi, my htc one m8 turns into vibrate profile without touching it and at random times, and I cannot reach the problem, does any one know what could the problem be ? Thanks

I only have 3 profiles, Normal, Silent and Vibrate in my sound options menus in the settings, it's different from the one you send me and I cannot add more profiles

What is the vibrate one set as

It is not set to anything, the profile chosen is the normal profile

Have u tried to uncheck pocket mode

No, but this option is related to incoming calls only, I think its not related
