here is a video of what is happening

i need help please i tried to install rom and all was going well until i restarted phone because of no wifi and now ...

Welcome to the forums, sorry about the trouble.

In a few minutes, I'm going to move this to -

http://androidforums.com/forums/one-m8-all-things-root.2602/

What's disturbing is that it's showing invalid radio and DSP firmware data.

Need more information -

What custom recovery did you use (TWRP for example) and where did you get it?

Same question on the rom you installed? Plus, installation instructions you used.

What other mods did you attempt besides the rom, what else have you done after it started acting up?

Thanks for the info, most helpful. :)

So - it sounds like according to the second post there that both your wifi problem and the being stuck problem came from incompatible firmware.

You can't update your firmware because you're s-on.

Hmmm.

OK, I'm going to move the thread and grab one of my buddies to see if he knows a way out of this - I take it from the video that you can't get it into TWRP.

BTW - this is a long shot but I have seen it work with an older HTC I have (I'm running an M8 now though) - try turning off your phone, connect to your pc, go to your sdk tools folder in a command window and say -

adb reboot bootloader

I took my Sd Card out and Also my Sim Card. Then it let me choose to go into recovery, i put the sd card back in and i tried again and the same thing happened, so i fixed it again but this time i restored, do you know how i could fix the wifi problem and reboot problem becasuyse i really want android l

Glad you got that sorted!

You need compatible firmware and so far as I know the only way you're going to get it is with s-off.

But - if you're on Verizon, the s-off tool is not going to work until they update it to version 3, it's on 2.7 now. You can watch for the update at -
