Help HTC One (M8) Sync Manager

Hello ,

I recently RUU'd my phone without a backup stored to my SD card or anything.

I do have a basic backup, however, on HTC Sync manager.

The problem is that HTC Sync Manager says there is no phone connected.

Would I be able to use the backup I have stored on there?

And also, how do I get my phone to reconnect to HTC Sync Manager?

I don't use Sync Manager so I can only offer - in your notification bar pull down, try other usb connection options.
