Help HTC One S Charger

Lurker
I know this is a stupid question to ask but i have some few questions.

I bought a HTC One S Factory unlocked meaning it can run wind/mobilicity.
The battery is pretty good, but when i charge it, it takes so long, the stock charger that can with the phone is not powerful enough compare to the samsung type that i had when i had my galaxy note i717.
is it okay if i use that charger to charger or will it damage my battery?

please let me know cause i dont know what to use.

I think you should be fine, I've used an HTC charger for a Samsung and vice versa and there have been no problems. As far as I know they all use the same voltage and all micro-usb chargers are interchangeable between manufacturers

However, i know that some Samsung devices get pretty picky on chargers and mine sometimes won't accept other brands, which is weird i know :(

Thread moved to One S forum!

As above mentioned, you'd use the Samsung charger for the HTC ... but I think it won't charge faster your phone.

The Samsung charger might be more powerfully, but it's the phone which determines its own charging current.
