Our HTC One S keeps crashing and restarting when we access the time widget. It definitely never did that when we first got it.
The moment the time widget it accessed, it loads the app, with the time and map - followed by being totally unresponsive and then resetting.
I updated the phone to the latest OTA update rolled out by HTC.
I also have done a factory reset and that didnt seem to help.
Can anyone suggest what I should do, or know why this might be happening?
its really annoying! I cant even set the alarm on my phone!
