Help HTC One S now 4G compatable?

I came across a news article on the front page here Cincinnati Bell picks up the HTC One S, launches June 25 for $199 (and on other sites) that says the HTC One S will have 4G connectivity with this Cincinnati guys. Yet every review I have read has it has only 3G compatable? I thought HTC didn't make it to be 4G compatable so how did this come about? Is this a 'special' order?

Will there be any new hardware to compensate for the battery and the likes?

I had no idea! Why didn't a single review that I have read mention this?!

But it all depends on the carrier though hey? Whether they have the network for it?
