Hello all, this is my first post here. Hopefully this is in the right place.

So, long story short, I was stuck in a boot loop, and tried to flash the stock ROM back. (I'm still quite a newbie and might be throwing around some of these terms improperly.) I'm on T-mobile USA. I downloaded the RUU from their website. After relocking my phone with fastboot, i ran the RUU. However, it has been at least two hours; the RUU claims that it should take around ten minutes.

I attached a screenshot of what the executable is displaying; hopefully it worked. It is saying
"Sending...(the number of ellipsis dots is going up and down)
Updating the ROM image on your Android Phone...
Please do not remove the USB connection from the Android Phone or launch any programs during the update process.
Remember, the operation will take about 10 minutes."

On my phone, I see a silver HTC logo on a black screen. So I was wondering if I should just wait and see what happens, or what would be the proper course of action?

I left it until the next day; there was no error message, it was simply stuck at that sending screen. I ditched the whole thing. I found a different RUU, it is running right now. Hopefully this one works, it appears to be progressing normally so far. I'll update as soon as i get results.
 
Is ADB debugging on? have you tried another USB cable? are there MD5's with the ruu's you are downloading and have you checked. (that is one way to insure you don't have a corrupt download) is there a progress bar on the phone?
 
I guess it was a bad RUU, the other one I ran worked successfully. Tmobile's 4g is not connecting, however all is good. Ill look into that later, I'm tired lol.
 
for your 4g issue try a factory reset from hboot while the stock recovery is still in place. :) if there is a "clear storage" option in the bootloader screen,try that as well.

I am having an identical issue to you. In a boot loop after installing Cyanogenmod 10.2 using twrp. Now I'm having the issue of the sdcard/storage not being able to mount.

Long story short, I'm having one hell of a time finding a good RUU. Everything I try says that it's incorrect for my phone.

Willing to share where you found yours? (maybe a dropbox link or the sort if you're able and still have the file?)

I'm dead in the water without a phone. ha. As of right now I have no rom and no storage space partitioned to flash a custom.
