Not too much. I have T-Mobile and their version, unlike AT&T's, will have the quad-core Tegra3 instead of the dual-core S4 Snapdragon, which should save some power, and HSPDA+ instead of LTE which should save a lot of power.

That said, sure, a One X Maxx version ala the Razr would be even better.
