New to the Android forum. Have been on an android device for over 2 years - like it. Recently went from Samsung Galaxy to HTC ONE X. I'm on this forum because I'm with AT & T and just started using their mobile share plan. Tethering & portable hot spot eating up my data, even when it isn't activated (turned on). Hoping to find help / explanation in the forum.
