Where did you manage to sneak this information from if you don't mind my asking? I'm not bothered in the slightest, as the 'Do want!' factor on that thing is stratospheric, mjust curious where you found it out?

Do you, by chance, work in the industry?

Also, the 'Desire' name is quite fitting.

If anyone can get their hands on one of these to send to me, I've got my granny going spare....

Nah, that's not possible. She was right, wasn't she?

I do prefer the name Bravo, but I Desire this phone anyway, so it fits :)

I was trying my best to decline comment on the rather spectacular picture.

Maybe she's one of the booth-babe models HTC have gotten in to look all sensually at the new phone in Barcelona? :D

ah, you know the best part is when you tell your wife that your "just reading forums on cell phone technology" and she happens to look over your shoulder and sees that picture. "yah right, good one!"

No contradiction...that Desire based on its specs doesn't look like a Verizon phone. So...Desire to TMo/UK (looks a LOT like whatshisname described) and then Incredible in the US.

When you say "based on its specs" are you referring to the signal frequencies? If so, that's likely because only Euro/Asian frequencies have been released. No love for those of us States-side. My suspicion: the companies are still bidding in for who gets it. I suspect there IS no confirmed US carrier yet, beyond that there will be one. I'm betting we'll hear something to that effect tomorrow at their conference.
 
Live from HTC's MWC 2010 press event -- Engadget

Everything has been announced now, including a mini HD2, but thats a WinMob phone, so not too fussed.

Engadget might have hands-on soon.

Bad news people in the US:

Seems that there might be a few kinks to work out, although I suspect most people on here would be dropping the Cyanogen mod on this bad-boy anyway:

Yep, i did read his post newsradio did said that bravo has a chin, and in fact it does. But it just looks horrible with the chin.
