I would like to know if there is a way to increase the number of people that can be included in a single group on this phone. Right now, the default is 10 individuals.

Hello and welcome aboard. I've tried searching for an answer for your concern but I was unable to find anything at this time.

Favorites is limited to ten entries as far as I know. The other default groups might be the same... I have not used them. I have however created a couple of custom groups which I have far more than ten contacts in each with zero problem. To create a custom group you need to open phone>groups> and then hit the add + found at the top right... same line as Groups. You can then add a group name and it will then be available when you add or edit a contact. I hope this helps.
