Help HTC ringtone trimmer

Hi all
I have just been in the application manager and noticed something called HTC ringtone trimmer. Never noticed it before. There is no way to launch it though as it does not appear in the app drawer. Any one used it?

I think if you go into music and select a track you can set it as ringtone but also you can 'trim' the song to have just the part of the song you like.
