Help htc screen locked

HELP!!!!!

my htc is locked on a screen that says

TOUCH PANEL-SYNT0101
RADIO-5.11.05.27

HBOOT

(VOL UP) to previous item
(VOL DOWN) to next item
(POWER) Tto select item

FASTBOOT
RECOVERY
CLEAR STORAGE
SIMLOCK

It has 3 little androids on skateboards at the bottom.......doesn't matter what I press, nothing happens

Any idea's????

Pull the battery, let it sit for a minute, replace battery and turn back on.
