HTC Sensation 4G No data

Hi guys I'm Aruman and I'm new on this forum, yesterday I recieved my HTC Sensation 4G, I order it from Amazon the normal HTC Sensation but they send me the T-Mobile HTC Sensation 4G, I've swapped the SIM card from my HTC Desire S to the Sensation 4G, The problem, I have no Data, but I can make calls just fine, I'm from the Caribbean I have no T-Mobile in my area, I've done the tinkering *#*#4636#*#* and then press

You more than likely have to manually configure the "Mobile Network" settings, the "APN" (Access Point Name) in particular. Contact your cellular provider for the specific information.
