I have had this problem since the day I first got this phone. Whenever I answer the phone, 1 second after I select to "Answer" the SPEAKER PHONE engages and it's on FULL BLAST. I have to manually click the speaker phone button again to put it to regular speakers in the handset.
I have taken it back to Wirelesswave to have them look at it, and 2 salesman looked at it and the technical repair guy who just happened to be there when I got there. Neither seen anything like this and took video's with their phones of the occurrence.
We have removed the battery many times and all software upgraded.. It seems to disappears and reappear on it's own.
HELP!!
PS. I have the option to turn on speaker phone when flipped toggled OFF.
