Help HTC Sensation screen

I have a problem with one of my HTC's. Screen never cracked, but when i turn my phone on it doesn't work (You can only see low light if room is dark). What could be the issue ? Screen, connector or what ? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the screen might have gone bad... but maybe not. Have you tried a battery pull? It might be frozen and not broken.

Yeah, i did that last night and it turned on, screen working , touchscreen working but contrast is bad.

Have you gone into the display setting and checked if anything is on an odd setting?

If not, it's probably hardware malfunction =(

Yeah, i forgot to update situation about this ! I got in touch with a guy who repairs high end smartphones and he had original HTC screen so i had to swap it. It cracked, but that was not visible when you would look at it, only contrast would let you know something is wrong. Now it's all good i guess
