Help Htc sensation

hi i just got the htc sensation and i was wondering why everytime i delete my browser history for the internet and the cache so on and so fourth i then go to my home screen then wen i go back into internet i press the back button and it goes to the page i just deleted out of the history n stuff???

If you press the home button, the browser is not closed, it is just suspended. When you open the browser again it restarts from where you left it
