Help HTC sense auto rotate?

I love this Phone, and I usually prefer to use the launcher that's been pre loaded on the phone. My only problem is that I usually hold the phone horizontal, but that doesn't work very well with sense because it doesn't rotate. Does anyone know of some feature I'm missing that would enable it? I've previously had the evo shift which had the ability to. Any help would be appreciated.

In Settings go to Display & Gestures and make sure that the top one "Autorotate" is ticked.

Yes, that auto rotates things like messaging app, browser etc... It doesn't actually rotate the UI, which is more what I'm looking for without using an alternate launcher

I used the car app yesterday and after I had screen rotation on sense, yes it rotated on it's own. This stopped shortly after but all screens rotated I will try to reproduce this again and post a video or screen shots.

Oh that would be awesome. I'm hoping HTC releases an update to make this a permanent feature

Sense started rotating again, I was able to grab some screen shots but didn't have anything to video with, better luck next time?

I'll try and pin point how it starts?

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I'm talking auto rotate no stuck in landscape or stuck portait.

I rotate the phone and it auto landscapes the screen. Excellent just wish I could have it all the time...
