Help HTC Sense (not UI) Data

I'm getting MASSIVE data use through HTC Sense and can't seem to stop it. 100mb in the last 10 min via my wifi network. 16GB the last few days since I reset my app counting the data use.

What do I do? I can't disable it, I can't unlink it from the website.

Turn off HTC Sense in the accounts and sync menu, or alternatively, remove your HTC Sync account.

You might find your phone starts running a little smoother too, the HTC Sense account is meant to be a massive resource hog.

Which handset is it btw?

It's not just turned off from that area it's removed yet still using data.
Phone is Incredible S.

I leave my HTC Sense account on my phone, but I turn all its syncing off. That background Sense syncing is also a mahoosive battery drainer
