HTC Sense - online...

[naviwilliams]

If I'm understanding this correctly, the HTC Sense website, is similar to Apple's Mobile ME, right? Thus I can 'find my phone', wipe it, etc, etc, right?

But, if I use this feature, doesn't that mean I have to keep the GPS on, and thus use even more battery life?

Curious...

no you don't have to keep it on, it automatically turns on the GPS for you. I just tried it out.

...thanks, Lacey. So does the GPS turn itself off after a while?

yep mine turned off once it found the location! pretty cool! I didn't really think about it but for the mytouch 3g I used to have the GPS had to be left on in order to find it with the lost phone app. This is a nice change.
