HTC Sense Over 6 Months!?!

Hi All,

The HTC Sense Website for "tracking your lost phone or making it ring when you have lost it under a pillow etc" I have never been able to access the HTC Sense accessories on their website from the day I bought the phone.

Is there a major problem with this or is it just it does not work with HTC Desire HD?
I have made different accounts with Google to try and see if that sorted the problem and it never has?

Taken my Google account off and reset up on my Desire HD and still no look.

Please can someone advise me on what to do next?

Could get the phone to ring now and again but that was about it. A shambolic bit of software. If your looking for something that does the job and actually works, try Lookout Security from the market.
 
After a month of it not working I sent HTC an email asking if they could sort it, it has worked since after about a week of talking to someone via email.
 
Since day 1 only sometimes i can track my phone or make it ring and nothing else. Tried different accounts but still the same. I emailed them tonight and got this reply 40 minutes later. Thank you for contacting HTC regarding your Device. I do apologise for the inconvenience of not being able to access the HTC Sense website fully, this is due to ongoing maintenance that we are doing on the site. We do apologise for the delay and we advise to be patient while we work on this, and keep checking back for when its back up and running. Thank you for contacting us .
 
Must admit I have had issues in the past but since then I have had it working perfecting including the tracking service, I once left my phone in my friends car and found it this way :)
