Help HTC sense verification

Hi Guys.

Dont know if anyone can help as HTC's customer service are apparently useless....
I recently had the problem with HTC Sense not picking up my phones location on the dashboard (same as about a million other people from what ive read)
so i tried one of the things suggested, deleting my account, removing it from my phone and re-setting it up again.
Easier said than done.

went through all of the registration - up to the point where it sends a verification email to my gmail account, so i click through the provided link, and get the error message "The verification code is not valid. Please confirm the link has been entered correctly" OK fair enough, i try copy and paste instead, still the same. brilliant...

Contacted HTC customer service saying that i was having an issue and the guy didnt seem to know what HTC sense was.... and hasnt replied since (i attached sceenshots and everything)

Has anyone else had this problem? and how to fix it?

Please help!

Ive tried googling the problem but cant seem to find anyone else who is having this issue :(

I'm having exactly the same situation,
I had to delete my account and re-create it again !!
Now, I can't activate my account, it keeps telling me that the verification code is not correct whenever I open the Verification link sent by E-Mail !!??!

EDIT: I tried again using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox and It worked !
but it's impossible to login (from the PC) at all !!!

Ive Tried IE, Firefox, on my phone browser, still nothing :(

Strange thing is my phone is linked to the same sense account and syncs with it fine.

HTCSense.com has never worked for me. It is useless. I've just complained to HTC for the second time. I don't expect much success.

HTC - brilliant ideas that don't work. Great.

Contacted HTC support again today, used the live web chat rather than just emailing, spoke to someone called Ryan, who has escalated the issue to be fixed. fingers crossed they will do something!

Spoke to someone called Ryan who is going to escalate, hopefully it will get fixed.

DREAM ON!

funniest thing I have heard in ages. Do you know how many people have contacted HTC about this. More chance of gadaffi turning into a humanitarian than HTC sorting out htcsense.com this side of Christmas.

My suggestion would be we all start listing on there Facebook page all our problems, make it public so everyone can see the issues. Better than mailing there customer service department, I nearly woke one of them up the other day, poor fella.
