HTC Sense?

Hi, can anyone tell me what sense is?

When I log into it on pc all I can do is see where the phone is and lock it.

In Help it says I can customize the appearance but there are no tabs for this.

Sense (on your pc) is for remote location of your phone. Sense on your phone is the interface HTC created. You set the themes and such from the settings on your phone.
