Help HTC Support Suck =(

Well a few weeks ago my HTC Desire HD screen broke.. i dont mean broke as in smashed, it just stopped working.. black screen, sometimes it would work but flicker then just cut off. I sent it back because its only a few month old and 2 days later i got it back in a box saying "All Good" and a thumbs up, but the phone was still not working!!! I phoned up HTC and they said they have no idea why that happened, unless it was sent back out by error, so they told me they would phone back. Well they didnt! Next day phoned up again and they said it was getting looked into and they'd phone me right back. They didnt! The next day.. phoned up again.. and a different person says the Manager was looking into it at 9am and he would defo phone back! HE DIDNT. Same next day, Today i phone up and a guy said i'll investigate, will phone back before 5pm. Nothing Yet! I sick of this now.. what do i do?
 
Write a letter to the Head Office. Address it to the CEO.
