Hi All,
Going slightly insane here with HTC Sync and HTC Desire HD phone.
Installed latest (and re-installed several times) version on HTC Sync on my Windows 7 PC.
Have 3 user accounts on PC, each are admin accounts.
If I log into with 2 of them and open HTC Sync and connect phone; HTC sync opens and sync software opens fine.
But when I attempt to sync via the 3rd account, if I connect phone and change sync setting to "HTC Sync...", momentarily the HTC Sync app starts, shows the software version pop-up then HTC closes again.
Task manager shows the HTC process starts, then stops again.
If I do it in reverse, start up HTC Sync first. HTC Sync starts, but when I connect the phone it doesn't detect it, but doesn't close itself.
But this is only happening for an individual user account, and it just happens to be the one with the iTunes music that I wish to sync.
Anyone help as to why HTC Sync doesn't work on this single user account?
