Help HTC sync issue

Gidday all,
Wondering if someone might have an answer for me.
Up until yesterday, I'd sync my desire every day.
My new calendar events would go back and forth from Computer to desire.
Any new events from the phone would show up on Outlook and vice versa.
Now it seems that if I put a new event on my computer it goes across ok BUT if I put a new event on my desire It just doesn't show up.
I've installed the latest HTC Sync from the web site but that doesn't seem to help.
Bit frustrating. Means I have to remember what events I've put on the phone and enter them manually on the compuer later that day - defeats the purpose of being able to sync.
Am I missing something obvious with the settings?
I don't use Google calendars, but do use calendar pad to give me weekly views.

There are a number of different calendars on the phone (3 on mine at the moment - "my calendar", google, "PC Sync") when you create an event on the phone you choose which calendar to enter it into.

I don't know if all calendars get synched (After a one-off I can't get the bloody sync to work at all). Have you changed which calendar you are creating events in ? maybe by mistake ?

Yep, you are correct.
It had changed to a gcalendar.
