HTC Sync + Mac

Hey - I'd like to use the USB wired tethering feature native to the phone's HTC Sync software, but my laptop is a Macbook - anyone know how to do this?

Just install unrevoked & wifi teather. It works great on my macbook.

I'm not rooting my phone for this, and I want a wired solution.

Also not the HTC Sync USB Wired + os x you're looking for, but pdanet has been bandied about? Worth a google if you're willing to stick with http or pay.
