I have installed all the drivers etc, my phone htc xl was searching for my pc (USB connected) I now have a message pop up on my phone saying 'Unable to find HTC Sync on your pc. please make sure HTC Sync is installed (it is) and opened on your PC. I have it opened, however it tells me that there is no device connected? Not sure what to do next.
