updated to froyo on my EVO yesterday and now HTC sync with my desktop does not work. Use it to sync work contacts and calendar in outlook - we don't have an exchange server, but still use outlook for email/contacts/calendar. worked great before froyo. yesterday when i tried to sync, it worked for contacts, but stalled on calendar. i aborted b/c i had to run. today the HTC sync application on my desktop says that the phone is disconnected. not even recognizing the device. phone says that HTC is not installed (it is). i uninstalled and reinstalled HTC sync. same thing. help!
