I have a feeling other people have experienced this, but I can't find a thread. I'm syncing my HTC Desire to my laptop running Vista, and despite the fact that HTC Sync thinks it's syncing both ways, it only sends contacts from Outlook (Office 2007) to the phone, but doesn't receive them from the phone. The calendar sync works both ways, via Googlemail. Have I got to use Googlemail for contact sync as well, and if that's the case how do I do it? What is slightly irritating about this is that my last phone, a Nokia, synced fast and well to Outlook, both ways, via Nokia's sync program. If Nokia can do it, how come Android can't? Or perhaps they can and I'm doing something stupid. Can anyone help?
