I think a few sense roms have it packed into it, I believe it is part of sense 3.0 so you would need to have a phone running 3.0 or 2.1 with 3.0 parts for it to work. You may be able to kang it out of a rom with it in there and make it a system app via adb or root explorer....or you could try to back it up with titanium and restore in a different rom but I don't know if either idea would work. I can almost say without a doubt that there will not be an apk floating around as it would not be signed properly to sideload
