HTC Vivid vs Galaxy S2

I'm really interested in the HTC Vivid for AT&T, but I'm also considering the Skyrocket.

Which one do you choose, and why?

To those who already have it, what are your pros and cons?

I had the Galaxy S2 for about 24 hours two weeks ago and then I took it back. I loved everything about it but one thing, the screen resolution. I have been looking to replace my iPhone 4 (I'm sick of Apple controlling everything and having to deal with iTunes.) While the colors were more impressive on the S2, the resolution is terrible. The pictures all look pixelated, the pixels per inch is terrible. I am hoping the resolution on the new Vivid will work. It's a step below the iPhone, but a step above the S2.

Also, how do you know the screen is better on the vivid? Specs or you have seen one?

Higher resolution on the Vivid. Also, at least one "hands on" report says the Vivid looks better side by side, too.
