Help HTC Widgets question

For whatever reason, whenever I want to see my Friendstream or use the Bookmarks widget to navigate to one of my bookmarks, I always have to wait for the widget to load. Is there a way to set them to have them pre-loaded so I don't have to wait?

I tried the bookmark widget and finally took it off. It is easier to just go to the browser, tap menu>bookmarks and pick one instead of waiting for them to load through the widget.
