In the box, you just get headphones, the charger/usb cable & the SD Card. There's no case or screen protector, but the screen seems pretty resilient.

Is thr necessary to have screen protector or lamination?

I have one on my personal phone, but not on my Wildfire S. It goes in my pocket with change/keys etc and the screen has held up pretty well so far.
