I've extracted the rom.zip and now stuck on cmd?

I cant get the fastboot to work now.

Try this

Copy the file to the root of your microsd card then reboot the phone into the bootloader (from power off press the power button holding the back button down) this should then load the rom file that you have on your microsd card restoring you stock
