Hey guys,
Firstly I want to know how I can backup all my data on my phone? I am a Mac user and HTC Sync doesn't work with Mac and I can't get it running using a Windows emulator.
It says on the HTC website to go to Settings -> Privacy and do it from there. Thing is, I don't have a "Privacy" section under my Settings!!! My phone is 2.2 and I have no special ROMs or Task Managers installed.
Secondly, sometimes when I try to unlock my phone nothing happens! When I take it out of my pocket, for example, and touch the top silver button it doesn't work for me. The only thing I can do is to take the battery out and restart the phone that way. Has anyone else ever experienced this before and how did you solve the problem? I'm thinking I'll need to do a factory reset, which is why I've asked the above question....
