Help HTC_IME Keyboard for Arc?

Hello everyone,

I am new on this forum, read a lot, bought a Arc and can't wait to install a new keyboard.
I had a HTC Desire and I liked the 'compact qwerty' keyboard a lot. I know that it was possible to install an HTC_IME.apk on the Xperia X10 but does anyone of you knows if ther is an .apk for installing the HTC keyboard on the Arc?

I surfed for hours know but I can't find a file that is useable on the Arc.

Ive had several Androids now, including the arc and I am currently experimenting with the Go keyboard. Seems superb at the moment but only used it for a shirt while. You can scribble what you want to text by sliding you finger over the keyboard, and it works really well. More you use it the quicker it learns. Obviously save your "slang" words and hey presto.

I know its not exactly what you asked, but believe me, I have tried many keyboards, so may save you a bit of pain.
