Root htclockscreen.apk driving me nuts

So ive done this before lots of times but i cant delete the dam file again!

ive tried deleting it through ADB, ive purchased root explorer still dosent work. ive tried renaming it... nothing...

Permissions are set to RW 777 but everytime i delete it it just comes back lol.

Someone help please? what did i forget to do?

no but ive done it before without being s-off

if it is s-on, if you remove using root explorer it will come back.

if it doesnt work, better to delete from the rom zip file before flashing
