Hi, I currently have a cracked Desire screen and like the look of the website above to mend my phone, however I would like to know of anybody here who has used it and their experiences with the company?
Could anybody reccommend any other repair company to mend my phone?

Why not send it back to HTC. It will still be under warranty and even if a cracked screen is not covered, at least you'll know they'll do a good job. My experience with HTC support was very good.

I also have a cracked screen, I have only had the phone a week would HTC cover it?
If not what would it be likely to cost to get it repaired?

no they wont cover it as screens do not just randomly crack youll have to pay.
