But, alas the phone says there is no software update available.

I saw it myself at 7:10pm, but it was down and replaced with just the HTC Sync info by 7:16 pm. Damnit! Maybe this means that they are getting close to releasing it?

From the twits, tweets, or whatever on Twitter, they report that the site was up for about 2 hours before it was taken down again.
