*.htm files

[jmims]

I don't know if this is just a fluke or what, so I figured I'd come here and get some input. I have a locally saved HTML file with extension .htm, which I had pulled from my Drop Box account, but I can never open it properly. Using Estrongs, I just get a "cannot load" or something-or-other page. However, if I go to the stock browser and input file:/// plus the path... no problems. Any ideas as to the problem here? Really a hassle.

Maybe try Dolphin or XScope browsers?
I have never had to open one of these specifically, so maybe Root Explorer or Astro File Manager?
Worth a shot
