Help HTML Email, Exchange Server

Hi folks -

New Charge owner here, after many years with a Blackberry. Love the phone, but am having trouble with my work email that comes via exchange server. None of my emails come in as HTML, only text. Other email accounts come through just fine.

I see a few threads from a long time ago for other phones dealing with this, but not Charge. Do they really not support HTML emails for exchange?

Do yourself a favor - break down and spend the 20 bucks to buy the Touchdown email app. Being a former blackberry user there's nothing for the droid natively that gives you the email experience we're use to. K9 and a couple of others I tried (free) but none came as close Touchdown. I paid for it and completely happy with it. The cool thing is the widgets on the home screen as well as seperate icons for calendar, contacts, email, etc. It gives you the HTML format you're craving as well. Good Luck!

The Charge's native email app works fine for me with Exchange server, including displaying HTML email. You might check the Exchange settings for your work email via the web login to your Exchange account.
